I have one baggie containing the diamond-shaped tokens (these), and everything else is loose. These tokens are special because they're the only tokens that enter play before the haunt is revealed. (unless you use a token for the Dog, but there's no reason to.) So I just grab this bag at the beginning of the game, and fish the tokens out once the relevant Events or rooms show up.
