It is really difficult to get replacement parts for this game.
A suggestion: I got some Monopoly Star Wars edition pieces to replace the pieces that I didn't get from my ebay copy of the game. They were not that expensive and they fit the theme.
You could replace the units for that faction with the Monopoly pieces and it would work pretty well.
Another thought, you could use mini poker chips like Axis & Allies games to indicate unit strength instead of having so many individual pieces.
