Is there a count for the number of minis in each faction? I don't see one in the rule book.

My count is:

Dark grey - 31 troops and 14 walkers
Light grey - 33 troops and 15 walkers
Yellow - 32 troops and 14 ships
Red - 32 troops and 16 ships
Green - 32 troops and 15 large figures
