Review: Heroscape: Waters of Valhalla Terrain Expansion:: Water Water Everywhere

Waters of Valhalla is likely going to be the least useful expansion for Heroscape terrain because the Age of Annihilation Master Set has 20 1-Hex tiles and the Battle for The Wellspring Battle Box has another 6 1-hex tiles as well as 7 1-hex Wellspring Water Tiles.

This expansion provides another 24 Water tiles, 6 1-hex Wellspring tiles, and 5 new 3-hex Sparkly blue water tiles for a total of 45 hexes. The extra hexes will allow creating lakes on a map. The tolerances are better than the land tiles and connected water-to-water tiles stay loose making them easy to assemble and take apart while remaining stable on a table. Connected water tiles can be slid on a flat surface without coming apart, but won't stay together if picked up.

One minor complaint is that the Wellspring Water Tile is a flat translucent white color. Since it provides a magical healing property, it would be nice to have a light ripple dimension to it to distinguish it from other water tiles and make it appear special.
