The way I play it is that each time Taylor Rests, she places (or moves) a token on an enemy that fulfills the conditions. So each token is as an individual choice. It doesn't always have to be the same enemy nor in the same space.The skill reads:
When you Rest, choose any enemies within 1 space to get 1 Song token (add or move)...
level 3: You may Rest in unsafe spaces.
