These types of questions are being asked a lot and it's always difficult to answer because ultimately it's personal preference.-extra insanity and relic card: as you said for the price of a cup of coffee why not.
-Scarlett: Not a particularly fun investigators, I got her with the original Kickstarter campaign and only used her once or twice. However due to rarity was once selling on the secondary market for for well over $60. So with it from a collectors standpoint but not from a gameplay one.
-Campaigns: Very hard to comment on because they're a completely new element of the game. The question is do you and your group play campaign games? Is the answer is no, don't bother.
-Godzilla: Sounds like an interesting idea, though I don't like mixing themes so I doubt I'll ever use it.
- unspeakable and unknowable box: These do add a lot more content to the game, so really depends on how much you can see yourself playing the game. In the 6 years I've had the unspeakable box I've used it's content a lot less then I have the rest of the game, the episodes are thematically memorable but not gameplay wise, the exclusive GOO isn't well balanced for lower player numbers but the investigators add a lot more choice. I haven't got around to playing any of the Unknowable box yet so can't comment. Feedback on the "log your plays" page do seem to be positive:

-Extra Dice: a set per player is nice but not necessary but I'd recommend picking up at least one extra set as occasionally the game does require you to roll more then the dice supplied.
It's worth keeping in mind that anything crowdfunding exclusive will almost certainly go up in price. So if you really are on the fence about anything it could be worth taking the risk, buy it, try it and sell it if you don't want to keep it.
If you want a bit more guidance on the content and what can be mixed and matched (for example the episodes in the unspeakable box require tiles from season 1) I would definitely recommend reading through the buyers guide: https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/2987824/buyers-guide-what-c...
