The wording on the ability:
"When you shoot another road vehicle and hit, remove a damage token from one of your cars". (emphasis mine).
Does this ability trigger from shooting with the chopper? The word "another" seems to imply that you have to shoot with another car, but Vince Vamp does not have a Repair ability, so it seems not to strong even if it works off the chopper. Whats the intent of the designer here?
