Not a spoiler, just a fun bit of history revisited.The Lava Fields of Valhalla boxes will reference an old podcast statement made by designer Rob Daviau in which he and Craig Van Ness were talking about upcoming Heroscape products and the then unreleased Volcarren Wasteland set was referred to as "Hot Lava Death!" by a squealing Rob.
They then put this on some of the flaps of the box, which were later covered by a sticker as they were deemed a bit too much.

It was revealed at GAMA Tradeshow in 2025 that the Lava Fields of Valhalla (Or the Molten Crustaceans box) would have the flap emblazoned with a caricature of Renegade Game Studios President Scott Gaeta uttering the same phrase.
