Interesting, I was expecting the majority to think the cards should be a surprise.Obviously I read the added rules out loud, and the list of contents from a box, so players can expect new events and added tickets, etc. Otherwise I've kept all information hidden, and let them surprise us. New employees have usually been picked fairly quick, leaving others to wonder what's to come until the start of the next game. I don't think it distracts the gameplay or pacing if we go through new elements once they appear.
For events, I thought it made sense to keep them hidden until drawn from the deck, as you shouldn't be able to foresee them happening in the future if you place yourself in the boots of the entrepreneur you play as.
I think I'll finish the campaign as I've played so far, as we like the surprise element. Thanks for the input.
