For CDMD, before the arrival of Seasons 3 and 4, I had:
* A tray of investigators and small monsters. I had a card in it that labeled the monsters (with location in the tray) and the investigators were alphabetical.
* A tray of additional monsters - many standing, but a few lying down.
* A tray with little trays in it where I had all of my dice and tokens (arranged by type, episode, elder one, etc...) although some tiles were stored with the relevant figures.
* The box on top had all of the tiles, rules.
* I had the 5 Elder Gods on narrow shelves that sat in front of the clear trays. There were also boxes filled with all the cards. There were only about 200 'Mythos' sized cards and 225 Discovery Cards (as well as a small stack of episode / elder one cards) .
* Dashboards were in a stack in an envelope on top of the box with the tiles.
There was room for more. If I *really* tried I bet I could get it all into one Kallax cube, again, but I think life will be better putting it into two for now and planning room for the future additions in summer of 2026.
Where did you get those trays/shelves?
