Precisely yesterday I was reading the Call of Chtulhu The Great Old Ones module where >heavy spoiler> [o]the british goverment has been using retrofitted old school diver suits to build a base in the moon, using a portal created by aliens, [/o] so I guess some "techpunk" submarine stuff is not too much out of the ordinary...
