You've definitely gone further than I'm willing to go, but I dream of a setup that lets me ditch all plastic inserts and probably episode/old ones boxes. So much wasted space.

I don't have a 3d printer myself, but if I ever get the opportunity I'd like to design something to:
-Keep all investigators in one box. I keep their dashboards in the comic promo boxes, you can fit close to 100 in a single box and we have two ATM. I'm envisioning trays that hold 4-5 investigators per row hanging sideways with one tray that has small extra slots for the investigators with tokens.
-Keep all episodes broken open in one box, with mass card storage/dividers and slots to keep tokens separated by episode. I think you can fit all 6 seasons plus lost episodes in one box easily if you ditch the cardboard and condense but it would take a well designed insert IMO. I'm envisioning 3 cards trays, one for each size, and then maybe deck box sized containers for tokens. Lost episode monsters would go in the monster box IMO.
-Keep all bosses split between two boxes once season 6 arrives. Maybe everything can fit in the season 4 box? Hard to estimate with the newest campaign. I'm envisioning small boxes that hold each GOO with it's minions and tokens so you can pull out one box per game.
-Keep all normal enemies in one box with normal miniature trays to hang them by groups.
-Keep all regular components/extra cards/anything leftover in the original box. Maybe cultists as well just to fill out the box. I would likely work map tiles into this box as well, but those are harder to work around trays and would require some thought.

There's a LOT of unused space still in just the episode boxes and GOO boxes. I think you could get everything between all 3 campaigns down to 4 boxes if you worked at it, but even 5 would be a vast improvement over the regular packing. It's hard to look into anything ATM because I'd want good storage to be expandable for future content if we end up with more than 3 campaigns.
