Cthugha is an August Derleth created Old One. Allegedly, Cthugha is the only Old One that Nyarlathotep fears according to Derleth. The Story featuring Cthugha is "The Dweller in Darkness". August Dereleth's mythos is not public domain like Lovecraft so in order to read it, you might have to purchase a collection containing the story.
