GAME 1
Date: 2013-01-31
Location: Kvinnebyvägen 210
Lengt: 90 minutes
PLAYERS
Richard (rican415)..Scandinavia..Imperial Balkania
Jon (Jon Karlsson)..Mongolia.....Saharan Republic
Andreas.............Venezuela....Khan Industries......WIN!
Linus...............Indonesia....Enclave of the Bear
Mattias.............East Africa..Die Mechaniker
DESCRIPTION
The first game was won by Andreas, but both Linus and Richard were rather close to victory as well.
Andreas held South America for all of the game, and North America for the latest two rounds. He wasn't really attacked by anyone during the entire game.
Mattias held Africa for the entire game, but didn't achieve much due to mostly failed attacks into Europe in the early game. In the late game he threatened the Scandinavian HQ, but didn't reach it. He had a tough defence in the African borders, especially in the HQ.
Linus held Australia for most of the game, and was close to victory since he held the Mongolian HQ for many rounds, and also had 4 resource cards in his possession the final round. The first attack power of his faction proved to be devastating for Jon in more than one battle during the game.
Richard held Europe for most of the game. In the last round he took the Mongolian HQ, and almost conquered the HQ in East Africa.
Jon did perhaps place his HQ too close to Linus, lost it during the second turn and had a hard time to recapture it.
No player was wiped out from the board, and it seemed like a cautious and hesitant game for most players - so cautious even that no pacts at all were broken during the game.
