What do you mean by “charging for delivery in Europe” I had read that there was a mess-up with VAT in Europe on the part of the fulfillment company and people had been double-charged (although I believe it had also been confirmed that CMON were paying people back) are you talking about that? Or has there been some other kind of issue?

Also, on the subject of R’lyeh Rising, that was available in the original Kickstarter, and is a standalone episode, so how is it unplayable without S3/4?

I’m certainly not thrilled by how the timelines on a few CMON projects right now have shaken out (MU Multiverse is in shops here, DMD at GenCon and soon retail, neither getting to KS backers in the uk any time soon), but some of these complaints feel a bit spurious.

- Yes, what you mentioned with the VAT in Europe. It caused a lot of difficulty for those getting the R'lyeh Rising pledges in Europe. Causing annoyances to get refunds. A situation that never needed to happen in the first place by having their cards in order when organizing the shipping.

- The new R'lyeh Rising includes different cards than the R'lyeh Rising from the Original Kickstarter. To play the NEW R'lyeh Rising, the Unknown cards are needed which are in the boxes for Season 3 and 4.
