I own both and I don't think they are very similiar, they play pretty differently. Bust TBO Warp's Edge is a much better game...


BTW, Moonshine-running is not a board game term nor mechanic. I just used moonshine-running to indicate the type of game/mechanic I was looking for because Thunder Road is originally from a 1958 movie in which the whole point was running moonshine (illegal whiskey) in souped-up cars that made it easier to evade cops and gangsters. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunder_Road_(1958_film)

Thank you! Also, Wreckland Run does not really feel like you are racing along a track, your board always stays in the middle and the bad guy's cars circle around you.
