Thread: Unmatched: Cobble & Fog:: General:: Great Customer Service

I recently acquired Unmatched: Cobble & Fog (mainly as an add-on for Unmatched Adventures: Tales to Amaze), and discovered that one card had some damage. I filled in the "Restoration Games Replacement parts request" form, asking for a replacement card, and waited.

About two weeks later, I received an envelope in the snail mail. Not only did Restoration Games send the replacement card, but they added another card (for Sinbad) from the base game (Unmatched: Battle of Legends, Volume One) that I assume is a promo because it's shiny -- dunno because I don't have the base game. In addition, they sent a piece of copper (like a flattened US penny) with the motto "In battle, there are no equals." Nice.

Many kudos to Restoration Games for their great customer service for one of their games. And even for a game that's now four years old. I had to share, given how one's customer service experience is sometimes lacking -- within the gaming world and without. My experience was refreshing. 😍
