4) I know that the Ancient One moves along its track either according to the text of the myth card or with 3 red hopelessness tokens on the myth cards.
Should an Ancient One (or its token) move on the Ancient One track by default if:
-was the ritual interrupted?
-is every stage of the Ancient One killed?

1) Rasputin stays on the same spot when he is reborn.
2) If I remember correctly, the episode has a special action hat says "Make a roll and extinguish as many fire tokens as you have successes". Every time the game tells you to "make a roll", you roll the three black dice plus any green bonus dice you got by going insane.
3) If the conditions are not met, the discovery card is discarded. If the conditions are met, you have to take the card unless it says "you may take the card". Not sure about the monkey and the paw, it depends on the order. In general, if it is a bad thing, you cannot avoid it unless you pay some stress to get the good effect. Maybe quote the cards so we can help you better.
4) Interrupting the ritual or killing a stage does not move the token or the mini on the track.
