Hey thanks for the feedback!Yea I agree, in the current iteration "Which Can Eternal Lie" feels bad to play unless it is getting the Necronomicon back for you. I think your solution is a good one, especially since Alhazred has so much card draw already from the Necronomicon itself.
"That Is Not Dead" is actually a word for word copy of a similar card from Houdini, just with a new title! Though Houdini does have a sidekick so maybe that is why it looks oddly worded.
Haha right? "The Elder Sign" feels like a win. Both thematically and it feels great to use in game.
Hmmm, I like your idea for the theme on the big bad book. Though I did want to avoid a character that had too many extra components or rules. Going for an, easy to learn but hard to master approach instead.
Lastly, I'm not sure about some of the card titles. I just really wanted to sneak in the famous poem into the deck:
"That is not dead, which can eternal lie. And by strange aeons, even death may die."
