The Epic All in seems to be the best option if you are wanting this expansion.The Must-Have expansions are the Choppe Shoppe and Carnage at Devils Run (in that order).
The Big-Rig and Final Five is one that I don't generally use with new players. It is more of an experienced player. (though Final Five, I've taught to a new player and they won the game with it. Next time, they played big rig and won with that one too).
And if this expansion intrigues you, and going for at least the must-have's mentioned above, I would just go for the Epic All In.
