I'm just getting around to painting my Jurassic Park Unmatched sets, and having been impressed with the quality of minis so far, this has been a bit of a letdown. Does anyone know why there's been a drop in quality? The raptors aren't bad - but their feet and claws are poor. But it's the Robert Muldoon mini that prompted me to write this. His legs stick thin - for a character/actor (Bob Peck) known for having thick thighs and powerful legs. He's not wearing his trademark hat. His weapon is nondescript - nowhere near the iconic SPAS 12 used in the movie. And to cap it all, there are mold lines and gaps up the wazoo, and inferior detailing. Compare this mini to the likes of Bruce Lee, Robin Hood, etc - what's gone wrong?↧
