Our 2 Player campaign is going to end tonight with the final game.
[o]I have re-set all cards that can be re-set so far (used tickets, Postcards, region boxes etc), so will be doing the rest tonight after final scoring. We want to play again and with the coloured track sticker peeling off easy on the board, we could replay. I have fixed the punched tickets and other cards by printing off little company stickers to match the tickets cards and stick over the holes and what not. Anyway, it will be totally re-playable once its all sorted.
So we were thinking of playing 2 companies each. both players having their original ones plus a unused one. There are 2 ways to do this.
Starting hand of 8 train cards
draw 4 each turn
when a player takes their turn, they play both companies using the train cards as a card pool shared between both player companies. Tickets are not shared.
starting hand of 4 as normal. draw 2 as normal
Take turns playing a company
no sharing train cards between the 2 companies.
Probably go with second option, playing in turn and not sharing train cards.
Circus train stickers - original 2 companies not to use the next 20 stickers, however, we may allow the 5th player number of stickers to be used for all 4 companies once that part of the sticker roll is reached.
Scratch card for treasure, we will make 5 tokens each with the values on the scratch card and pick 1 out at random when doing the map thing. Discarding it once drawn. Same with that gold rush scratch card.
Time tables- just a simple photocopy of a blank one to use for the 2 original companies.
Company towns that are on the board not to be used until that rule comes in to affect. Og companies not to place one when new rule starts but 2 new companies can do. Any company towns on early regions not to enforce the money payment rule until rule is in affect.
track beds, if we keep the stickers on the board, Og companies cant place any. If stickers are removed, all 4 companies can place them when rule starts. Or I will just use dry wipe markers instead as they wipe off with a little alcohol. (doesnt do anything to the board btw)[/o]
Is there anything else I may have forgot? Any suggestions?
