So, my old gaming group made it through about 1/3rd of the game before dissolving away (a couple moved to a different state; another had kids; etc. etc.). There is zero chance we will ever play again, and since the massive box is taking up too much space in my closet, I decided to see if it was possible to sell "as is." Unfortunately, after putting all the decks back in order and assembling the planks into the correct setup, I discovered the game is missing one Event Card, and one Tile.I had thought that if I could put blank tape over the custom writing on the cards, and refresh as much as possible, that it might be worthwhile seeing if anyone on eBay would want to buy it... but without the missing card and tile this seems like a lost cause.
What do people think? Is this worth trying to sell it like it is, or should I toss it. There are some used sets on eBay already... but do people buy these? I don't really have the patience to part out the "good" bits.
