I'll definitely contact support if it gets worse, but for now it's just a minor issue. I've read that in some cases when the tower jams the floors don't fully rotate, but that's not the case here. When the jam happens the rotation stops, then, after checking there's nothing blocking the floor, I press on the screen to unjam it and the tower completes its rotation. As I said, it only happens once per game. Thank you for your answer.
