[o]Game 11 introduced timetables and I am looking for some clarification as to whether the free routes earned at the start of the game with the Government Grants card (players take turns taking two routes of length 4 or less) counts towards timetables in Game 11.We went with no because the Government Grants card was just on top of the company timetables sheets in the story deck and the timetables rules state to only cross off cities at the time the route is claimed, but it's slightly ambiguous because the story card introducing timetables and their rules (telling us to take the following timetable sheets) also came before the Grants story card . Relatedly, I believe this would mean that free routes earned at the start of the game in Game 12 (assuming there are some) would count towards timetables?[/o]
