Pricing is reasonable, although there weren't many in stock as of this posting.
Language does affect the power cards, but images of the English cards can be found here at BGG. The variant tracks are what really matter, and they don't have any language dependence as long as you look up the rules online.
These expansions seem hard to find right now, and other threads here at BGG suggest that no reprint is planned in the near future. I was glad just to find a copy at all.
