Here's the situation that prompted my question. I ended my turn by dropping a skull into the tower. An end-of-turn event caused two spiders to move onto/adjacent to my space. Now that I have 2+ foes on/adjacent to my space, may I place an offering token on the Arch of the Golden Sun foundation? Or, must the foes have been on/adjacent to my space when I dropped the skull into the tower?
