I don’t know if we did it right or not, but we had three crest stickers per spoke maximum.We’ve finished the campaign entirely, and having 3 stickers per spoke didn’t break anything (and the last mission flowed well enough)
We read “When rune is filled…” as being shorthand for “when the crest sticker placeholders below a specific rune are filled…”
