Nope.

Random seller. Everywhere else was sold out or overpriced at the time, so I gave 'em a whirl.

Messaged them again earlier, hopefully will hear back soon.

That's bad luck indeed.
Wotc will surely help you out in time, depends how you want to handle seller. You have right to a refund.
