Thread: Betrayal at House on the Hill:: General:: Unimpressed by WOTC customer support

When I bought this game, I unsealed it to discover that one of the punchboard sheets had been damaged (the printed surface on one side had come away and been ripped) and that someone had attempted a half-assed repair job with a splash of glue.

Now, in the past, whenever I have had component issues, I have simply contacted the publisher and they have sorted out my problem in no time at all.

So, I hopped on the WOTC site, filled out the appropriate online form, and sent it off.

After about 24 hours, I received an automated email telling me that someone would get back to me in no more than 2 working days ...

... that was over a week ago.

Repeated attempts to contact them have been met with similar repsonses ... "Someone will get back to you in two days or less".
