Something else to consider;
Fear the Unknown includes official rules to increase or decrease difficulty. You can include Unknown Monsters without Unknown Relics to increase difficulty or alternative include Unknown Relics without Unknown Monsters to decrease difficulty.
Yog-Sothoth w/ Unknown Monsters or Dagon w/ Unknown Relics should help with balance.
