Just the top left of the card, attack/defense. Boost value would be called like that, it is different than "value".

Here I think they mean warrior. That is how the card was described by author of the deck in an interview. Maybe we can get clarifications at some point whether wording is being changed and fighter no longer means warrior in combat?
Fighter is any Fighter that's in the game, be it hero, sidekick, friendly or enemy... Fighter encompasses everyone in the game... so by "Any adjacent Fighter" it means the Genie will deal 1 damage to everyone that is adjacent to him when he gets placed with "I Am Freed"
