When you complete the search, you resolve the effects immediately. It's pretty common for people to lose their first attempt at September due to the game changing mid-game.
Just to make sure I’m talking about the stuff you do after your first game in September the stuff from box 7 I believe so do we get to use it in our 2nd game of September since we lost and we haven’t completed the search of said person that it relates to.
You might open box 6 in September. It's impossible to open box 7 in September.

Box 6: [o]from the Paranoid Soldier search, reveals Zodiac and Sagitarius, replaces the military bases objective[/o]
Box 7: [o]from completing multiple searches, reveals orange components[/o]
Unlike the first 5 boxes, boxes 6, 7 and 8 are all only opened when and if you complete a specific achievement in play. If you don't complete the search objective during your first September game, you won't do any of the things that happen when you complete that search.
