Yeah, it's an interesting design choice. Knowing the adversary up front allows for more strategizing and use prior knowledge of that adversary. Keeping it secret (or a slow reveal) adds thematic drama at the expense of long-term planning/strategizing. They clearly went with the former for release, but more options can be added to the app over time if the game is a hit.One thing they'd need to do to support a slower reveal is to have the adversary quests align with multiple adversaries. As it stands now, the quests are thematically tied to a single adversary; they'd be a dead giveaway.
