Rules text is rules text. ;)

Also, the line between "cheating" and "politicing" can sometimes get a bit fuzzy. Prime example: hidden information. Is showing another player your hand as part of a negotiation cheating or politics? Often it seems to depend which side of the board one is on. With less mature players (ie, usually children) something as elementary as breaking an alliance at an opportune moment is considered cheating, sometimes enough so to cause the game to end prematurely.
