That's a pretty impressive camera setup you have going!I tried using a camera before, but my lighting and the quality wasn't that great (though the still image idea every few seconds is pretty intriguing), so our group resorted to using Google Slides that we can all manipulate the "board". The main player does the physical draws, then announcing what was drawn, and while they update the physical board, the others update the virtual board:

As new parts/rules come up, we just adjust what the game components are (we can get pretty fun with it too -- for example, we were playing season 2 from Sep-Nov, and during Halloween, we "dressed" up our pawns and made everything orange and made our havens more spooky as well). Most of the perma-legacy aspects on the board get put onto the 'master'/background slide so they don't accidentally get clicked and moved during a game, and we have a second set of slides for the actual rules and characters' passports and keeping track of which stickers have been used.
We've also played through season 1 and 2 with a similar sort of setup -- anyways, that's what worked for us.
