Spider-Man is a tank and a half. Between a massive stack of Defense cards plus the ability to always know how much attack is coming your way, he is going to be hard to perish. That said, he doesn't pose much of an offensive threat. The attack power of the deck tops out at 48 (all your attack plus versatile plus bonus damage from card effects), which seems extremely low. I would look especially at the published decks (https://unmatched.cards/umdb/decks) to see how that compares. It might give you a sense of what to balance against.

Currently my strategy against Spider-Man would be one of 2 things:
1. If I knew my deck had the ability to force discards (especially random or I choose) or to look at your hand, I would play very defensively and wait until I had almost decked myself to force you to get rid of Unmasked (assuming Spider-Man is not allowed to play it as a scheme).
2. Otherwise, I would get all up in your grill and unleash as much offense as I could muster without a lot of fear of significant retaliation.

It's definitely OK to have weaknesses for a character, but I think you can stand to buff some of his cards.

As Kash said, Unmasked is a little ambiguous in the following respect: If I just play Unmasked as a Scheme card, that would not normally be the same as discarding it. In this case, would that cause you to lose the game?

Last suggestion: change the card art or card name for Unrequited Love. The image makes it seem very requited indeed. I like its effect, though. A very interesting decision to make about maneuvering and card effects.

All in all, this looks like a fun time, with the card effects and art definitely evoking the character.
