It depends on # of players, setup of the board, distribution of stats when the haunt starts, etc. Also, some scenarios are harder for the traitor, some are easier. Some people find this unbalanced, but I think it's more exciting when there's a clear underdog. When you think of the kinds of stories that inspired this game, it only makes sense that the good guys are more likely to win--the traitor got what was coming to him!
