Hi there, just had our first game yesterday and it was awesome!

As you know, in the setup for the game, each play receives a victory point since they are not on the board yet.

My question is this:
After one person has won, and the second game is being setup, does that person receive BOTH a victory point and a missile (or 2 missiles)?
